   – Username, encrypted password, or other data required for account access.

   – Device type, browser type, IP address, log data, and other information related to your app usage.

V. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION 

Your information is accessible only to:

• You, as the account owner.
• Authorized Asikaso personnel directly responsible for service operations.
• Approved third‑party partners essential to Asikaso’s operations, bound by confidentiality.
• Government authorities when required by law.

No personal information will be shown, shared, or used by unauthorized parties unless required by law or necessary to fulfill the service.

VI. RETENTION AND DELETION OF INFORMATION

Information is stored only as long as necessary to:

• Provide the service,
• Maintain official records,
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

VII. SECURITY MEASURES

Asikaso implements technical and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of data.
While all reasonable measures are taken, Users acknowledge that no digital system is completely secure.

• Request updates or corrections to your information. 
• Request deletion, when applicable and permitted by law. 
• Withdraw consent for any processing based on permission.
• Object to certain processing activities unless required by law or service delivery.

IX. COOKIES 

Asikaso uses cookies for session management, security, and performance monitoring.
You may manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit app functionality.

X. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Asikaso is not intended for individuals under 18.
If information from a minor is submitted without parental consent, contact us immediately for proper action.

XI. REVOCATION FLOW: ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION & DELETION

A. Deactivation (Temporary)

1. Your account becomes temporarily unusable.   
2. Data remains archived for records and possible reactivation.   
3. Requests may be made via Settings → Account → Deactivate Account or by emailing info@asi.com.ph.   
4. Processing time: 5–7 business days.

B. Deletion (Permanenteng Pagbura)

• Your account and data will be permanently deleted, except information retained for legal or auditing requirements.   
• Requests may be made via Settings → Privacy → Request Data Deletion or through email.   
• Confirmation is sent within 3 business days.   
• Processing target: 30 days. 

XII. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may withdraw consent at any time for processes based on permission via the app settings or by contacting us through email.
